Things happen...if the item(s) are received either damaged or if the wrong item is shipped I will gladly exchange it. Please email cestlabeads@gmail.com in this case. There will be no shipping fee to ship it back.
C'est la Beads is not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.
If your package is returned to C'est la Beads due to incomplete or incorrect address, there will be a re shipping fee to ship it again.
